Each booking requires a credit card number to guarantee. In some cases, to confirm the reservation, the Hotel performs a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the customer. Pre-authorization is not a purchase. It consists of checking the validity of the card and the consequent temporary blocking of the amount of the first night to guarantee the reservation.
If this pre-authorization was not successful, we will be forced to consider the reservation invalid.
In the event of cancellation outside the established terms, the structure is authorized to proceed with the collection; if there is no penalty, the structure will issue the pre-authorized sum.
The reservation must be accompanied in any case by written confirmation, and the complete data of at least one valid credit card must be provided to the Hotel.
Guests who want to receive an invoice for their stay are requested to communicate their will upon confirmation as well as promptly communicate the details of the same, otherwise we will produce a nominative receipt.
The location of the accommodation was perfect for us - everything was within easy walking distance. Very nice beach and various opportunities for shopping and eating. Communication for check in etc was flawless.
Apratmanet very well equipped - kitchen utensils, cutlery, induction cooker, coffee maker. Air conditioning with heating function. Large, covered terrace. Washing machine (in another room), clothes dryer. Possibility of parking in front of the building. Great location - a few minutes' walk to the grocery store, the beach, and the restaurant. Good contact and quick response. A place worth recommending - I will definitely come back.
