Immediately after the Cous Cous Fest, the 10th edition of TempuRiCapuna enters the scene, the food and wine event dedicated to the Dolphinfish or more commonly known as Capone fish which from September to November is caught in large quantities in the waters near San Vito Lo Capo. Like all blue fish, the gurnard boasts notable nutritional qualities and, from being a "poor fish", it has become a very popular fish for its delicate taste and the variety of recipes in which it can be enjoyed.
